Help identify random relay

Random relay chilling in the front of my car near the headlight wiring. Has 2 fuses in it, 20 and 30 amp. Red white wire and green white. Phone wont let me upload pics because it fails at life. Could it be for the autobelts? It runs up the same loom as the headlights, the cooling relay, it eventually runs to the main firewall harness.
