YO whats up chiefs; I'm in the market for another accord i was in an accident with the first one and i miss her dearly..... but life goes on however the 91 doesn't have power steering, now a buddy of mine told me i can just throw one on there and i should be good to go. Is this true??

 

You also need a power steering rack, all the lines and all related parts and sensors. If your car never had ps to begin with that is.

If it had power steering but had the pump removed, you have to figure out whats missing and what needs to be fixed to get it working
