"I NEED HELP!!" ... My dash lights and tail lights werent going on so i changed the fuze mintues later while driving my car starts filling up with smoke i get back to my houae and my car goes crazy the headlights turn the horn goes on nonstop and there's way more smoke i ended up having to disconnect the battery but i have no idea what to do

 

Where was the smoke coming from, under the dash?

I would start looking for burnt/melted wires under/behind the dash and see if you trace them back to the source.
