Search will be your best friend. Look at what other people have done, get an idea and then come up with your plan. What are your goals? Do you want to stay N/A or go FI? 1. Keep the motor stock, just intake/headers/exhaust.
2.Ls/vtec(not recommended)
3.buy one of these b18c1/f2b/h22a/k20
B18b1 just doesnt have a good power to $$ ratio....trust me ive tried To make it work, but it never does....

i plan to go na i dont wanna go boosted i just want to beat my cousin Hyundai genesis coupe his is 2.0 turbo he talks so much **** about my car saying wasting my money on some old piece of junk i wanna shut his *** up

Also is your car in good working order what kind of car is it again? You may want to think about upgrading brakes, shocks and springs before you add power so you can stop.
