Removing front support
I had got into a car accident it's a 92 acura integra gsr shell and I need help on how to remove the front support and weld a whole new one from the junkyard... Is it better to do this or to take my motor out and put it in another shell?? Car crash not bad at all. Will upload pic soon

Post your pics first, I'll assume it's just the soft front bulkhead portion there's some spot welds that need to be drilled which is a pain but not hard. Next are you familiar with a basic MIG or do you own one, doesn't need to be fancy just a cheap one and some AR/OXY cylinders.
You said it's not bad at all again no pics but chances are it can probably be pulled straight by you or a body shop, again simple stuff doesn't need to cost much at all.
