I'm going to be tackling changing the clutch on my 90 si this week. I'm pretty mechanically inclined, but I'm wondering what else I need to change. Here's my current plan:

New oem spec clutch
New flywheel (it was $80 to get it turned and $75 off amazon for a new one)
Pilot bearing comes with the kit
New fluid

What else should I do while I have it apart? Bushings? Short shifter? Throw out bearing?

I'm keeping the car as stock as possible but wanting to put in new wear items.

throwout bearing should be in the kit
if there is any sign of oil leak from the rear main then replace it as well.

 

Replace the rear main seal regardless, you'd be crazy not too

 

If your axle is bad, you should change it.
I would keep the stock shifter though.

 

if the oil pan is leaking oil (is messy down the side), that would a good time to replace the seal.
