Default Issues with 91 civic hatchback-wont start

have 91 honda civic hatchback Dx with a zc dohc non-vetch motor. I just replaced the fuel pump, fuel lines, and fuel regulator. After replacememt it did start and drove 5 miles and then it died while driving down the road, and would not jump start and will not start at all now. It had a rich smell of,fuel emmisions and was burning alot of fuel. Also, it had a very fast idle , had to have pulled home, i have checked fuses and everything can think of any ideas....also does anyone have map of this certain fuse box

Timing belt might have jumped a couple of teeth. Or it could just be a main relay?
