WTB: 99-00 OEM Civic Headlights
Looking to buy a pair of OEM 99-00 Civic headlights. Can be usdm civic, SIR, or EK9 CTR.

Not sure why part of texas you're from but the Austin Wrench a part had a couple of 99-00 civics with decent headlights. I picked up a set for 50 bucks, plus change, and all they need are clear lens to be freshen up.
