Default 2004 Honda accord ex electrical issue and engine vibration

Hello guys I need some serious help with my accord. I just recently bought the car and it has a little over 200000 miles but was kept in very good condition. I've already replaced the starter, battery, spark plugs and oil change. I noticed last night that when stopped in any gear the lights begin to fade out a little bit and the engine bay has a slight but very noticeable vibration/shaking. If I turn on the AC and my headlights are on the cars lights once again will dim the headlights or any other lights that are turned on within the vehicle. Can anyone help with this I can't seem to find helpful resources. Thanks in advance

What is the engine rpm when this is happening?

Do you have a volt meter to test the voltage from the alt when all of this is going on?
