Icon6 what is that in my ecu wiring???

I am relatively new to the HONDA world

And I want to know what is this (that pink thing hanging on blue connector). and what does

my ecu is a P2J OBD2A

the wire is blue/white in the connector "C"

That's a Scotchlock (sp?). Someone had something spiced into your harness at some point. What cavity is that clipped wore coming out of? Looks like blu/wht?

Scotch-lock connectors are used by some electronics installers to simplify the installation of radios, anti-theft modules, and other 3rd party devices. Odds are you have many more hiding underneath the dash, and if not, you have wires underneath that have a split in the insulation that needs to be taped up before they corrode in half.

You can start by telling us what you drive, what engine and transmission you have, and why you just discovered this. Information like that will help US find out WHY you are having problems.
