1999 Wiring Diagrams. Where can I find them??
I can't seem to find any wiring diagrams for the accords. It would seem like that would be one of the easier ones to find. I need some wiring diagrams for ECM/ OBD2/ Immobilizer/ and fuses. Need to see how they are all tied in to figure out why I'm not getting power to them with good fuses.

Buy a service manual 
They can be had for ~$27 from www (dot) automanualsource (dot) com
There are some "free online versions" you can find as well.
