LS Build Dyno
the b16 trans will make an unbelievable difference in acceleration ive been there before. if you highway drive it a lot swap in a gsr or ls 5 th. nice setup overall very effective if you ask me
Thanks. Yes i do most driving on highway so we'll see about the trans swap. I've experienced experienced the difference in trans swap before to. It's like night and day difference comparing a b16 and LS trans.
I'm only taking it to 7.5k rpm, but have valve springs. But if you look on the chart power falls off at 6.5k rpm but i'm reving to 7.5rpm because during shifts that'll land where my toque is at peak 5.5rpm. I'm sure motor could have made a bit more but i dont think the block is that healthy.

And the header gasket at the head was kinda leaking at the time but not sure if it will affect much power.

if you run a B16 or B17 GSR trans you'll be able to shift at 6800RPM and have the rev's fall to a bit before peak torque. IMO that would be better as you're currently shifting so late that your torque is dropping far below torque at 4k.
