OK so I have a obd2a p2e manual ecu and a obd2a automatic wiring harness. Have been in the processes of converting it to the manual ecu and getting rid of the "B" connector and have succeeded only 2 wires remain on it b8 & b17 both are for the auto transmission so they don't matter. Already repinned the A and D plugs with all available wires, but there in lies my issue. I'm missing wires for A16-fuel pump relay,A17 AC control,A18 Cel light etc. So I have wires missing that I will need to plug in. Was able to locate secondary heated o2 control on the little green plug and pin that into A plug but now I still have essential plugs missing. Has anyone done this or have knowledge regarding how to actually do it. Have included pics of progress below.

I have found a couple more from the green plug and with the help of the service manual. But still am confused how the automatic ecu controls the other things that have no wires for them at the ecu plugs. Does anyone have any input that would be helpful

I do not quite understand what you want to do, but I have a OBD2A harness, which is A/T with a ecu M/T (D15Z7) --- and I found pin A18 CEL light, which are in the green connector because if you look "A·plug" A18 pin is green/orange, and "C131 green plug" It has a pin green/orange...A16 fuel pùmp relay is blue/orange same color at "C131 green plug".........maybe it's not what you need, but I hope you help a little
