I have a 96 civic coupe ex with 223k miles. It has a d16y7 that won't start. Ecu is a p2p and throws no check engine light for vtec. Spark is weak but was running fine like that. New spark plugs and wires but can't change rotor due to stripped screw. New icm and coil also. Fuel pump primes and battery at above 12 volts. Have tried different caps from working cars but can't find no single plug distributor anywhere to test.
96 civic no start!
