Hey guys I am wondering if any of you all have encountered the situation that I've come across.

The car is a 98 accord (6th gen) lx sedan auto. I am getting a CEL and when using the paper clip method I get code 90. I've reset it several times and this one seems to always come back at very random times. Sometimes 50-70 miles, and sometimes after 900 miles.

I haven't gotten the pp... code yet but will do so very soon.

I have noticed on occasion that when filling up the gas tank, the gas filler will click (the same click when you're tank is full) after only putting in about a gallon or two. My car takes about 12 gallons when I normally fill up.

The CEL had been on and off for about 2 weeks but this gas filler situation started two days ago. I guess the big question is...

Is there a correlation between the two of these symptoms and have any of you experienced this on this platform of the honda accord??
