What is the ideal ride height for street use and handling for a 1997 civic
I currently have function and form type 1 suspension and the max height is still too low for the city streets in my area. currently the fender is about the same level as the top of the tire ( i have fat 5 wheels with low profile tires ). Is tokiko blue with springs a good suspension? Does anybody have the same problem with function and form suspension?

I also have F/F T1's (they're crap, for anyone curious) on a 6G, and at around the middle height, I still have wheel gap. Are you adjusting using the spring perch, or the base perch? Have you inspected them for blowout? Do you have some other aftermarket hardware in your suspension that you aren't mentioning?
The usual go-to is Koni Yellows with Ground Control springs. Check the marketplace - I believe there's a vendor that sells a well priced package with everything you'll need.

The correct ride height for a 92-00 Civic is Stock. Lowering these cars will shift your roll center farther away from the center of gravity, thus increasing your roll moment. Roll center adjusters can probably be used to correct that although im not sure how much they help. If you want the best bang for your buck get sticker tires.
Running -3.5 in the front and can say after 80 the car just sways side to side, pretty dangerous. But of course in the curves it handles good.

Still shouldn't sway side to side at 80. You have other problems to worry about. I had an integra that had around the same camber, and at 100 it wouldn't even sway side to side. You have worn out bushings.
Yeah, swaying at 80 isn't a "how low are you" issue, it's something else. Bad alignment, uneven ride height, or a bent frame.

F&F isn't exactly a reputable company. Their setups are made to go low for cheap. Which is what yours is doing.
I wouldn't buy Tokico blues and springs. Its not that great of a setup, and blues are WAY overpriced.
If you just want shocks and springs, the best way to go would be Bilstein HD/B6 and Eibach prokit springs. Thats about a 1.2 - 1.5" drop. That is the MAX drop you want from stock length shocks and soft springs.
Other very good cost effective options would be Tein Street Advance or Street Basis. About a 1.5 or 2" drop won't be an issue with these. They are height adjustable, and have all the right features for a street car.

You guys are right I just looked at my alignment sheet, and forgot I have a pretty bad caster issue. I have a bent front LCA. So disregard my comment lol.

They cost the same as an alignment. So....
Step 2 is to buy tow hook and strap your rotas to them using takata harnesses.
Step 3 is alignment.
and step 5 is to get your **** stolen by some lowlife who goes to every car meet just to find **** to steal.
