What cars and manual transmissions are compatable with a 99 accord with a 2.4 motor

 

A '99 Accord comes with a 2.3L 4 cylinder engine... yet you mentioned a 2.4L. Does this mean that you have or intend to swap in a K24 and need to know what transmissions will be compatible or do you need a list of compatible transmissions for the original F23 ???

 

Yes please I don't intend on swapping the motor I was told it's a 2.4 L but whatever motor comes stock is what it has

 

It is easiest to stick with the same generation accord transmission.

 

Nearly any front-wheel drive F or H series (there are dozens of them) from an Accord or Prelude will bolt up fine. You may want to make yourself familiar with some of the common transmission codes if you plan on perusing a salvage yard because the gearing can be very different.
