Hi all I am new to this forum so I'll give you the basics. I have a 93 Honda accord ex 5 speed and it won't start. Fuel pump and fuel filter were replaced on Halloween. I have fuel to my fuel rail and my spark plugs have gas on them. My fuel pressure is 35 PSi that is within specs. It will start with fuel in the throttle but not on its own. Battery was recently charged at Napa. Any help is greatly appreciated.
