Hello all got a 91 accord wagon it has a push start button that the previous owner put in and sometimes it doesn't work how can I take it off and hook up the regular ignition. The push start is a button with two wires a red wire that goes to the starter and a black wire going under the driver dash hooked up to another wire right next to the fuse box. Any help would be appreciated

 

I have a 91 Accord Wagon. Do you know why the previous owner did this, i.e. what part failed that made him decide this was the best solution?
