What kind of fuel pressure regulator is everyone using. is this one any good?

Try Aeromotive.
Expensive, but worth the money.
Right now I am running a B&M riser which is a 3 on a 5 point scale. I have a friend running the Aeromotive 1:1 and it controls the fuel rise much better.
