Front Oxygen sensor or Honda Civic 2005 hybrid (cheap)
Hey!
I had an engine diagnostics done, and it turns out I need an o2 sensor
I originally bought the "Denso Lambda SensorPart No.: 710800195" from Eurocarparts, but despite ECP saying that fits my car, the garage said it was a different fitting...
Right now, as I don't get paid till a month, I'm looking to get something as CHEAP as possible that works with this car regardless of quality, and then replace with something decent later on
Does any one have any suggestions as to what to get?
Thanks!

A variety of different parts. Pick your poison.

Okay, searched that part number you gave above and thats for a subaru impreza which wouldnt work. I did search the denso website and came up with these part numbers for the correct sensor

Also if your in need of a cheap one, search ebay for 2005 civic hybrid o2 sensor. Found some fairly cheap around 30 usd.
Dont forget that 2004-2005 sensors are different the the 2001-2003
Is there a european equivilent to ebay? If so you could cjeck there too

Also, the picture you show shows many O2 sensors? Not "one is rear, one is front" ? Sorry, I'm a bit rubbish at cars.
Ah dw. Searching for those on eBay UK, only shows up internal sellers (ie: ones from the USA) If it was within the EU, I'd be cool with it as there's no customs charges/duty to be paid)

The cheapest one on eBay I can find is this one:
300886268239
FOR HONDA CIVIC 1.3 IMA HYBRID 2003-2006 FRONT 02 OXYGEN LAMBDA SENSOR DIRECT | eBay
Which is £98
I recently had a problem where i kept throwing upstream o2 codes, do to having a gasket leak tho.
But i dont think the hybrid has the same exhaust manifold as my ex model, so id say the sensor is your problem

I've also seen this:
Honda Civic Lambda Sensor DOX-1457 1.3 IMA MK VII [2000-2005] | eBay
Cheaper one here:
DENSO Direct Fit Lambda Sensor - DOX-1457 - Oxygen / O2 - Genuine OE Part | eBay
and a more attractive price of this:
HONDA CIVIC VII SALOON 1.3 IMA 2004 TO 2005 LAMBDA/OXYGEN SENSOR MOBILETRON | eBay
This website says:
DENSO Lambda Sensor with rubber grommet DENSO OE (DOX-1457) buy cheap online
That it is "pre-cat" so therefore this is a "front" sensor?
Would any of those work? It doesn't say if they are "front" or "rear" ?

Not linked any thing in there yet, because I know some forums don't let you start linking stuff, until you've got like 5 posts or something
Hey!
More so if any one else comes and searches this (Maybe someone who buys my car several years down the line...who knows)
Any way, thanks for that! I got this
"DENSO Direct Fit Lambda Sensor - DOX-1457 - Oxygen / O2 - Genuine OE Part" From Opie Oils for £86 at the time. It's now gone up to £86.77
It has worked!! Thanks for your help!
