Make hazard button into a push button start?
Can you? Sure, you can do anything if you really want to. Big problem, though. Starter buttons need to be momentary switches. The hazard button is not a momentary switch.

will me personally i would use it to turn on my hazard lights of course
way back in the day i had a 84 toyota starlet and my push button start was under my seat
