Passenger door locks but doesn't unlock except manually.
Hello,
Accord 05. as mentioned in the title the problem is in the passenger door. I can lock it using the switches or the fob. when locking the doors the **** goes down and everything works normally. but the only way to unlock it is to manually lift the ****. all other doors work fine. what could the problem be?

The door lock actuator 
You can test it if needed, pull the door panel and get to the lock actuator and apply voltage to the pins.
