I have a problem with idle fluctuating while idling. Also after I start the car and drive it for a while then turn it off I have to wait 30-45min for it to start back up. Also when it's cold (below 35F) it wont start. Can you please help me fix this problem?

When was your last tune up.

There is a Idle air control valve that probably needs to be cleaned for a steady idle.

Hard cold starting could be a weak battery or you need a tune up.
