Default Spoon N1 Install

Did a search, just need to know the tools needed and procedure for installing my Spoon N1.

WD-40 for the bolts, rubber hangers...

jack.... and 3/8ths 12mm socket.

unless you have a really low car and short stroke dampers you'll need to unbolt the rear LCA to get everything done.

it is a bitch to get the pipe over the lca

Remember to loosen from the bolt side, not the tack welded nut on the b-pipe.

The oils in that stuff degrades the rubber! Use water instead.

Really? I've used wd-40 for the past 2 years when doing my exhaust changes, hangers seem to have held up fine.

Btw, where did you get your n1 from?

Don't worry about the WD40 melting your hangers. WD40 works great for that, getting tar off of the paint and even as aftershave.

If you really buy into that crap then use silicone spray.
