Default Integra Runs super rich

Got a 95 Integra LS with its stock B18B motor, 270K on bottom end of motor, about 30K on top end since it broke a valve and I put a rebuilt head on it.

It runs super pig rich and I cant figure out why....so far I have done this to try and correct the problem...

*New Oxygen Sensor
*Rebuilt OEM Fuel Injectors
*New Mass Air Flow sensor
*New throttle Position sensor
*New PCV valve
*New Cap, Rotor and Plugs (mainly just cause it needed them)
*Checked both mechanical timing and ignition timing.

I wash the car and within a week the whole rear of the car is covered in black soot, coworkers who drive behind me say every time I shift it dumps black smoke like a diesel. It will barely idle when cold when I first start it...and sometimes even quits as soon as I push the clutch in at a stop sign or traffic light....

I just dont know what to look at anymore....anyone else got any ideas

Clean and check the o ring on the IACV and make sure its pluged in and or no pinched wires.

Also sounds like ECT sensor is bad. check that sensor and any codes in the ecu.

I would check the compression, that sounds like worn out motor to me. Black soot is usually caused by oil burning, not fuel burning. A lot of ITR owners can attest to this.

Make sure you're not actually consuming oil first.
