Default S2 H22 upgrade help

Hello,
I am a noob and have done hours and hours of searching. I can't seem to find my questions answered by searching and reading post after post alone. I have a 1995 JDM H22 si vtec swap in my 1993 prelude. It's all stock from Japan. I would like to throw some cams, intake manifold, throttle body, injectors and short ram at it. I however do not want to open up the moter. I don't know what the stock engine can handle as far as upgrades, but I would like to get all the power I can out of it. I'm not looking to race it, just making something really fun for me to daily drive and play with. A turbo would be fun, but I'm afraid I would have to rebuild the motor to handle it. Recommendations on parts and tuning electronics would be a great help. Thank you all for the read, and I'll keep serching.

Doing some basic searching will tell you all you need to know. Just keep this in mind.

"No half measures, Walter." Even if you're not a meth baron, it still holds true. Do it right, or hold off and save-up until you can afford to do it right. Spring for Hondata. Buy a velocity stack from BPI and look up the AEM dryflow cone to fit over it. Keep a catalytic converter in your exhaust. Don't buy a cheap muffler to use. If you buy cams, know what you're buying and that you'll need stiffer valvesprings for higher lift bumpsticks.

DO NOT BUY AN EBAY BRAND CLUTCH! Name brand only. I drove a rolling massage chair for 9 months before discovering it was a cheap XTD ceramic clutch that was unbalanced, slipping, and disintegrating anyway. The Excedy stage-1 is rated for 260 lb-ft of torque and costs $270.
