Replaced fuel lines, now injectors won't pulse?
My daughter was given a 2001 Accord EX 4 cylinder ULEV automatic in need of some work. I replaced a broken half shaft, replaced the battery and drove it around the block until the fuel lines let go. I proceeded to replace all three lines, front to back, and now it will not start.
I have confirmed that the lines are plumbed properly. The pump is working.
A timing light tells me I have spark.
It will run briefly with starting fluid. The injectors are not firing, and the plugs are dry.
I have checked grounds with no resistance between the battery and any point on the engine. Fuel pump is priming. Tried a new MAP sensor (returned the original after it wouldn't start with the new one). After removing the plug on the injectors, I had 12v on one side (black/yellow wire?) and no voltage or ground on the other. No difference while the engine is cranking, either.
I also bought a OBD2 scanner but I'm not yet familiar with it. I'm getting a P1166 code but there are flashing icons- CAT, EVA, O2S and EGR. Not sure what this is telling me.
I may need to let go of the possible connection of replacing the fuel lines to having a no-start condition. I can't see what I may have damaged while replacing fuel lines. What sensors do the fuel injectors rely on to pulse?
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Mitch

Plugs firing? Rpm signal?Immobilizer flashing?Cam signal?
There should be no reason that you replacing the fuel lines will cause a no start.
But the reasons why are varied, and likely greater than you're capable of diagnosing.
Take it to a shop.
