Hey guys so I have this extra clip that comes from the same harness that goes to the throttle body. Everything is plugged in on the throttle body but I cant find a spot for this one connector. It has 3 wires 1 is blue and white 2 is black and yellow and 3 is all black.

 

There are a few 3 wire connectors in that area that come to mind. Throttle body (TPS), Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor (MAP) and the Rotary Air Control Valve (or IACV on older Hondas). The RACV is located on the back of the intake manifold between the manifold and the firewall.

I don't have a wiring diagram here for the 6th gen Accord or I would be able to tell you exactly what one goes were.
