Best place is the dealership.

You will be able to buy everything oem.

If you wanted to go aftermarket, then the B16 and B18c5 share the same aftermarket kits.

If there's an aftermarket kit that's stronger like all forged internals I'd be very interested any recommendations? Or just any full aftermarket kits that would be considered better than oem

Do more research. Rebuilds can go from mild to wild really quickly and it all depends on what you're doing. Also a B16A and B16A2 are practically identical. If it's in your EM1 I'd imagine the previous owner modified/converted everything to OB2B already.

OEM rebuilds are pretty simple... i'd ask around your local area to see who uses what and what their insight is on machine shops or even builders who can take on this project for you. Otherwise, the prices of a rebuilt B16 could easily exceed the cost of just buying a used OEM long block from Hmotors and the like.

There are some places you can buy forged bottom end kits but now your talking about a full rebuild with machine work and everything else related. You want to keep it simple right? No crazy HP goals or v8 killer status? Then just stick with stock internals. Stock bottom ends have been pushed to pretty amazing levels for quite some time.
Check out Majestic Honda for OEM parts. Great prices and good site for part number cross referencing.

Actually a question should be asked before a trying else. Why do you want to rebuild it? Smoking? Knocking? Just leaking oil from everywhere?
Depending on why you need to rebuild it, it might cost about the same for a bigger b18 Block quick would give you more power and torque.
