Default '02 CR-V 3000 rpm shutoff

Hey guys, Im having an issue I'm struggling to troubleshoot. 90% of the time my crv runs great, but after about 30-40 minutes on the highway the governor (?) Kicks in and shuts me off until I drop below 2500 rpm. After that, it won't let me go over 3000 rpm til the next time I drive - just takes me back down to 2500 rpm if I try.
The error codes are P1259, 1166, 1167, 1456
Also about half a year ago I had warped heads but I had them machined and put back on this is the first issue since then

Try a new vtec pressure switch on top of the spool valve, it's quite common and make sure you have enough oil in it. The 1166 and 1167 is your AF sensor in front of the cat, and the 1456 is the gas cap, either not tight or the seal is bad.

Fix the codes. You have a problem with the vtec, the o2 sensors and something with the evaporative emissions system (like said above def make sure teh gas cap is working right its the easiest to fix). Follow the troubleshooting guides in teh factory service manual.
