95 Accord motor swap tps, map, surging idle?
I have a 1995 accord ex obd1 f22b1 model with the motor replaced with a 2001 accord ex f23a1 motor that has around 90k. It has codes for my tps, map, egr valve. It has a surging idle and 1k to 2k it's is very sluggish at times, it idles very high on start up.i changed my map sensor but code still on for it. I bled all the air out from radiator and still nothing. Very stuck at this point I need some opinions.
Check the IACV is not sticking/jammed. If reusing the B1 intake, check the FITV is clean/adjusted(check the FAQ at the top of the forum). Otherwise you probably have a vacuum leak(false air) somewhere. Use TB cleaner around gaskets/joints to locate air leaks.
Verify all your vacuum hoses are connected correctly and not leaking.
Verify fasteners are tight/snug.
Verify no air leak around injector O-rings.
Verify all the grounds are properly attached clean and tight. I would suspect this with the various sensor codes.
Verify proper signal voltage to/from the sensors, backprobe and look for constant 5V reference from ECU, continuity for grounds, and signal voltages.

I am using the stock ECU from the f22b1 , intake, fuel rail. I'm sure the stock f22b1 ecu can run a f23a1 if I recall. When I turn on the car it revs high for a little Goes down and suddenly shoots up again. I also noticed my climate controls don't work but when I press a setting I hear the flap move. Still need some help with the 4K rpm issues its like a rev limiter right when vtec would kick in
