Default Civic '00 - unplug cables from door connector

Hello, I tried to unplug cables from door connector, but the cable don't want to go out. And i've got a question: how to do this ?

Maybe I must do something (remove?) with the white plastic? I don't want to destroy it.

Or is the other way which I don't know?

You want to remove the wires from the plug itself? If those larger plugs are anything like the smaller ones, then yes, you need to remove that white clip, then use a machinist's pick (or something similar) to unclip the wire from the harness, then pull it out.

If it's like smaller plugs, yes, but I've never personally opened up those larger plugs, so I'm not 100% sure.
