Icon4 Legitimate EK9 CTR Headlights? - reflector dome/no reflector dome

I was looking at purchasing a set of oem stanley EK9 CTR headlights from an individual, but then i realized that one headlight had a "reflector dome" (not sure if that is the right term or not haha) and one does not.

Are they just different "versions/markets (jdm, edm, etc)"?

Or is 1 just broken?

Pics below for reference

(With dome)

(Without dome)

Real CTR headlights do not have the Reflector cap on them . They should also have the 194 / 168 wedge bulb for the Parking lights as well.

I'll just clear this up once and for all.

The headlight in the photo above is a DOT approved Gunmetal housing manufactured by EagleEyes in taiwan, (Often times Re-Branded in the states by Anzo).
All and all one of the better 3rd party alternatives out there for 96-98 and 99-00 Civics.

They come with an amber side reflector (for 50 state compliance), glare shield but no City Light socket.

the 2nd photo is obviously a JDM Stanley CTR headlight.

You can however find LHD versions of Depo housings which feature a city light socket.
I saw a few when I was visiting the Philippines last year. These have an internal glare shield AND a city light socket. But you'll have to outsource them from over-seas.

I will also add, that LHD OEM Stanleys with City Light & Glare Shield also exist. (also found in the Philippines)

This was on an SiR Sedan for example

Nice. I'll definitely hit you up whenever I find a garage. Preferably one that comes with a house
