Airtex Brand Fuel Pump Feedback
What has been the experience with the Airtex Brand of in tank fuel pumps.
Airtex currently offering a lifetime warranty and seem to be very price competitive.
I went the my local AZ to buy some fuel filter washers and was told to " read the reviews, Airtex is junk and we stopped carrying that brand."

I got a carquest brand pump tonight, advance lists their pumps as carquest/airtex. Hope it lasts, they didn't have any strainers, had to go to oreilleys for that. Lil bit aggravating job.
Used airtex parts before, they seem fine.
Do yourself a favor, save about half of your cash and go to RockAuto.com, look online for a discount code(usually covers shipping).

That is what I do! Anytime I need parts, I always order them online and pick it up in the store. Just got a left axle and starter and saved $50 simply by ordering online and picking the parts up after work. Advance is always my go to place. On a side note, the employee there told me that they bought out CarQuest about a year ago after I noticed that both of the parts I bought were CarQuest brand.
