My standard 93 Honda Accord lx makes a poping noise sounds like coming from passenger side of car not to sure but makes the noise every time I put a lot of acceleration in fast increments for example I put it in first gear begin to take off then I hear a pop if I stay in first every time I let off the Gas and hit it again I hear a pop I shift into second and might hear a pop if I shift too quickly I thought it was my cv axle on the passenger side but just replaced it and still makes the noise please help I need to get rid of this popping a guy from auto zone said it may be the master cylinder for my clutch system I do need to replace it because I'm leaking the fluid for it but I don't see how it could be my master cylinder when it makes the noise even when not using the clutch just when I put power to the wheels

 

It's likely either a mount is really bad and its so worn its making a metal on metal sound cause the mount dissolved or a bushing is possible worn and allowing metal on metal sound. That's where I would look first.
