is this marked part is the car's chassis? cause i have hit my car on the front and i have bend it but not too much, is it really bad and does the car count as it has a hit on the chassis?? this photo is just an example

It is part of the chassis. It can be changed out, but there may be frame damage. Do you have a picture of YOUR car?
