So, on my ignition switch I have the white wire that would control my starter starting correct? well, that is running 12v all the time.
What do you think? Maybe replace my fuse box?

the white (white with black stripe on some cars) wire at the ignition switch at -A is 12v power from the main fuse box - the wire from the ignition switch that eventually ends up at the starter is black with a white stripe - it is in the 4-pin connector
