A few days ago I had to replace my alternator the bottom bolt was frozen in place and was running out of time had to get it back together to get home. Almost right away the tranny starts bucking and jerking and over revving for the sped I was going. got home grabbed the tester and I was getting a tranny code. So now I have replaced the alternator and belt it's not giving me the code anymore but the tranny feels like it is shifting mid gear 3to 4 times before I hit 3rd gear almost like it is splitting the gears and it shifts really hard. what is my next step here any help is appreciated .

Is there a really good reason for not posting the CEL and D4 codes?
