stock fuel psi?

Default stock fuel psi?

I just need to know what's stock fuel psi on a 99 civic ex? And having i/h/e, would i be running lean? would i have to bring up my stock psi? i already tried a search and couldnt find anything, any help would be nice...

Stock fuel pressure is 42 psi at idle, when the engine's at operating temperature, with the vacuum line disconnected from the fuel pressure regulator (and plugged)
