Default Radio Fuse #28 Keeps Blowing

Title says it all. I have searched around but my issue differs a bit from everyones that I've seen.

98 Civic DX Hatchback.

When I replace the fuse, the radio works on (I) (II) and even with the car idling in park but as soon as I drive about 100 feet it shuts off and blows the fuse again.

I have checked the wiring harness and adapter for it (aftermarket pioneer) and all seems dandy.

I have not changed anything at all or touched anything, it just started randomly happening today.

Any idears, H-T?

Don't know if it helps any but I used to be able to switch between (I) and (II) with the key and the radio would not shut off. But now it shuts off between the two. (this is all before I drive and blow the fuse)

Carefully check the Yel/Red wire in the radio connector.

If you unplug the radio connector, does the fuse stop blowing?
