What is this hose for, and where should it be going?

Does that tube connect to the starter? If so, it is probably there to keep moisture from staying in it too long.

That is the transmission breather/vent tube.

huh. my 93 has a bracket around the upper rad. hose but no breather tube...wonder what happened to it?
