i have a b16a1 EDM and dont have the knock sensor neither the spot.

can i open a hole and install one ?
how i do that ? is there a tutorial ?

If it doesn't have a spot for a knock sensor it is not possible. If you really wanted a knock sensor you would need a different block.

 

You can add it.
There are even aftermarket knock sense units.


If you can tap a blank location on the back of the motor, then that is recommended.
