97 accord washer fluid line cut
Simple fix is to go to the parts store and get some vac tubing that fits over the outside of the OE tubing - which at this age is rock hard - and use the new rubber tubing as a splice.
Just me
Just me
It might not be cut - it could just be separated there at the flex joint.
When I was working on my '93, I wanted the hood open further, so I used a wooden rod as a prop. I didn't realize it at first but when I opened it up further than it should have been, the fluid line came disconnected from the flexible "accordian" style elbow joint right there at the hood hinge.
If this is the case, you just need to push the pieces back together.
If your washer fluid line is indeed cut, and you're in the SE tennessee area, I've got a whole spool of Honda Genuine fluid line (I ordered a couple feet of it from a dealership and the fool who packed the box put the entire spool in the shipping box). So now I've got more fluid line than I can ever use. I'll PM you.
