Squeak coming from steering wheel

Squeak coming from steering wheel
So its been doing this for years, but overtime the steering wheel turns, it squeaks, maybe like a rubbing or something, and its anytime the steering wheel moves, not just a full turn. Ive asked a few people they say its the rack and pinion, i call bs, honda didn't even know what it was. has anyone had this problem or maybe have some ideas. Thanks.
