I have a b20b In my 95 integra and the rev limiter bogs down and sounds like a blow off valve, things I've done ,timing , dizzy, new ecu, new head gasket. My car doesn't throw codes at all and runs perfect but the rev limiter sounds like a blow off valve, and my 2-step at 4 sounds completly normal
