Default Ground Controls - which rates??

I have a 2000 Ex that has undergone a complete Si conversion. Before the engine swap, the standard spring rates on my GC coilovers was working fine. However, after the swap, I notice a lot more nosedive when braking, especially if braking hard, and seems that the rear could use some stiffening up as well. I have been considering ordering stiffer springs from GC for a while, but am not sure which rates to go with.

The rest of the suspension is KONI Yellows, comptech sway/tie combo, 15" rota slipstreams with 205/50/15 falken azenis. The car is mainly used for commuting, autocross, and am planning on attending open track events in the near future.

Any help/experiences would be much appreciated. TIA

bigger engine=heavier..raise the front end up a little..if you feel its to loose then buy something stiffer that meets your auto Xing needs

get the integra rates. most likely you would need to upgrade the fronts to a higher spring rate, then put the ones that used to be in the front, on the back. then throw away the ones that were on the back.
confusing? yes

I thought about doing that, but the spring that is currently in the front is an inch longer than the one that is currently in the back. Will that be a problem?

i am not familiar with GC that much(i only had one set and it was for a 92 Sentra SE-R)

but i do know that thats how the skunk2 kits are. the spring rates are:

integra:
front=10k
rear=8k

civic:
front=8k
rear=6k
