Default F23 in 94 Accord EX

So the engine I recently installed in my car has either a bad rod/ or oil pump. For the sake of “low miles” I want to swap in a F23 motor in my 94 Accord EX. I currently have the F22B1 with a 5-speed. The F23 is easier to source and well better. I’ve read through many other threads on this but some things are not clear and also want to see if it’s really this easy.

1. I’ve read that to avoid having to the IACV 2 vs 3 wires and other things, I can just install my F22B1 intake manifold without modifications. Is this correct? Or, is it better to just use the F23 intake manifold and make the changes needed, considering I will be using an imported engine with less miles? (I know they don’t necessarily have 40k - 50k miles, I just think it’s safe to assume it’s less than my 203,xxx miles one)

2. Also, for the crank sensor I just have to extend the one on the F23 to the area where the distributor is at right?

3. I do know I have to re-use my ECU (P0A) and my F22B1 distributor.

If you are reusing your OBDI B1 distributor then you will not need to do any wiring for the crank sensor. 94/95 Accords had the three sensors in the distributor already. If you are reusing the B1 harness/ECU/distributor there is no need for wiring up the crank sensor found on 96-02 F-series engines.
