The headlights will fit all 1999 to 2000 Honda Civic. The headlights are Bixenon which activates a solenoid to lower the built in shield whenever the high beams are activated. The HID Cutoff is unbelievably wide and very sharp. It will definitely beat ANY plug and play HID units on the road.
