Post OBD2b No Tach

Hi guys and girls I did a manual swap on my 2000 civic ex 2dr I got a p28 ecu and a obd2b jump harness my problem is that my rpm don't work but when I plug the automatic ecu back rpm work fine I try the p28 with the jump harness on others that are manual from factory and it work fine I can't find nothing on the search engine I need help oh and when I start the car the rpm jump and stay down

Tach signal comes from the ecu on obd2 but from the distributor on everything earlier. If it's not built into your harness adapter, you'll need to figure out a way to get tacho pulse to A19 on the obd2 side.

spAdam that means that the jump harness somewhere from the engine harness to the p28 ecu is not connected right where it belongs right

Honestly I don't remember 100%, it's been about four years since I did mine. Search around. You're far from being the first person to have this issue, but I'm confident that's the problem.

@ OneBadTurboCRV the wire is jump but it still don't work but when i turn the key an start the car the rpm jump and stay down it's driving me crazy

So far all most everything the only thing i have not done is cutting my harness to run the wire to the tach meter which im not going to do
